Request to use the Event Hall
Members can ask to use the Glory Bound event hall. Choose the dates and the time. The event hall coordinator reviews the request. A date stays open until that request is approved.
No alcohol
No alcohol is allowed in the event hall.
Donation and deposit
Using the hall includes a donation and a deposit. The deposit is held so the hall can be checked, cleaned, and put back to normal after the event. This form does not take payment. The coordinator will confirm the donation and the deposit with you.
